• Secured a contract with World Vision International to enroll 70 plus new students and receive a $25,000 quarterly scholarship.
  • Supervise 32 employees to ensure the implementation of the Institution’s policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable laws.
  • Delegate assignments, appraise work performance, reward and discipline employees, address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Host recruitment events to promote vocational career programs.
  • Evaluate program implementation to ensure their compliance and ability meet accreditation benchmarks.
  • Organize employment and internship placement for graduates.
  • Teach Introduction to Business Management courses.
  • Provide career counseling and resource materials to foster improved academic success and tailored career goals.
